Princeton Digital Group (PDG) announced the acquisition of SG3, Yahoo’s Singapore data centre.
Yahoo will continue to host its infrastructure at SG3.
Princeton said that it will invest in SG3 and run it as a third-party operator.
The acquisition is the latest addition to PDG’s more than 20 data centres and 1 Gigawatt (GW) capacity.
