IE Singapore signs MOUs with Chinese tech firms

It will help Singaporean tech companies gain access to the market.

International Enterprise (IE) Singapore inked two Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with Chinese tech firms to provide market access to Singaporean companies.

According to a press release, the tech partners consisted of AIRMaker, NTUitive, and 36Kr.

The partnerships will provide support through accelerator programmes that will help firms understand the market, test products, and collaborate with other Chinese firms.

AIRmaker is an accelerator focused on Internet of Things (IoT), healthcare, and AI.

"They will provide resources such as co-working spaces, market network, support and training to facilitate growth and expansion in Beijing and other parts of China," IE Singapore said.

NTUitive will handle research innovations done throughout the partnership.

Meanwhile, 36Kr will provide Singapore tech start-ups with curated accelerator programmes, networks and opportunities to connect to in-market mentors, investors and partners to facilitate growth.
