Digital analytics platform for local firms to be launched
It will measure mental health, productivity, amongst others.
The Institute for HR Professionals (IHRP) and the Singapore HR Institute (SHRI) have teamed up with employee experience solution provider EngageRocket to equip local organisations with a digital analytics programme.
Called the National Employee Experience Transformation (NEXT), the programme would be provided complimentary to participants as part of the efforts to support the business community as well as for Singapore to “emerge stronger together”—the main purpose of Budget 2021.
According to a media release, the digital analytics platform will contain survey questions that will measure mental health, productivity, new skills development, employee engagement, and culture drivers.
“People Analytics—predictive and preventive are useful tools for influencing the business, and represents an opportunity for HR professionals to demonstrate the impact and value that HR and the people profession have on the business; whether through increasing productivity and performance, or by measuring employee well-being and engagement,” SHRI executive director Alvin Goh said.
Organisations will receive a detailed report with insights and recommendations to improve employees’ experience and well-being.
Meanwhile, data submitted will be compiled and anonymised to give companies a comparative view against national data.
“The insights gained from last year’s surveys on well-being and productivity drivers proved invaluable to guide HR policy and decision-making during an unprecedented upheaval to the employee experience,” IHRP CEO Mayank Parekh said. “As work patterns evolve into a post-pandemic reality, I am looking forward to the results of this year’s NEXT Programme for yet another benchmark on the state of the workplace and employee experience.”
Businesses are encouraged to apply to the programme before 17 March.
