Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments ends agreement with Mobii Genius

The group reassures stakeholders that financial projections remain stable.

Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited has terminated its sale and purchase agreement with Mobii Genius Co., Ltd., according to its latest bourse filing.

The acquisition was contingent upon certain conditions, including the execution of GPU contracts, which did not materialise due to unforeseen circumstances. Consequently, the agreement automatically expired on 2 October and is no longer in effect.

The company, however, said this termination will not affect its financials for the year ending 30 June 2025. It also reassured stakeholders that it will continue exploring other opportunities and provide updates as necessary.
