MyRepublic aids firms on WannaCry Ransomware
It has set up helplines together with other telcos.
With the recent attacks of the WannaCry Ransomware, the Cyber Security Agency (CSA) of Singapore has beefed up efforts and initiatives to aid businesses and the general public with its partnership with MyRepublic and ViewQwest.
The two Internet Service Providers have set up helplines to complement those already set up by M1, Singtel, and StarHub.
"This is an issue of national importance and we will take all the necessary measures to counter the spread of the ransomware and help businesses and members of the public prevent or recover from it as quickly as possible,” CSA CEO David Koh said.
