CPF members warned of slow e-service access

High traffic is expected as the website recovers.

The CPF Board (CPFB) has restored e-services to more than 90% of CPF online transactions, according to their media release.

“In addition to checking and printing account balances, contribution and transaction history, members can now access other frequently used e-services such as changing their monthly housing payments, making voluntary contributions and updating their personal particulars. The remaining e-services and CPF Tools app will progressively be made available,” stated the media release.

Some members may experience slow or intermittent access, though, as high traffic is expected in the first few days e-services restoration. Those with non-urgent inquiries are urged to try logging in after 10pm.

Further, members will not face late charges due to the unavailability of e-services. Eligible members who made voluntary contributions and top-ups through other channels will qualify for the relevant tax relief provided that their applications are received by 31 December this year.
