Informatics Education appoints Esther Tan Lay Lee as Group Financial Controller

Ms Lam will be in charge of Finance, Taxation, Information Technology functions.

The Board of Informatics Education announced the appointment of Esther Tan Lay Lee as Group Financial Controller. Based on Management's recommendation, the Remuneration & Strategic HR Committee (RSHRC) considered the candidate, Ms Esther Tan's academic and working experience and found that she meets the selection criteria. Accordingly, the RSHRC recommended the appointment of Ms Tan as the Group Financial Controller to the Board of Directors.

Ms Tan, 51, will oversee Finance, Taxation, Information Technology functions.

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Lam was Corporate Headquarters Financial Controller of Informatics Education Ltd from July 2005. Before this she was Accounts Manager of Education Management Services Pte Ltd from April 2004 to June 2005 and Finance Manager of AllChem Industries (S) Pte Ltd from February 2001 to February 2004.
