Singaporeans hold the second-most powerful passport in the world, according to Passport Index 2017 by Arton Capital.
The index revealed that Germany has the most powerful passport in the world with a Visa-free score of 157, which was closely followed by Singapore and Sweden which both have a Visa-free score of 156.
Following Singapore is Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, Norway, United Kingdom, and United States, all of which have a Visa-free score of 156.
Singapore's rival city-state Hong Kong ranked 17th with Chile. It has a Visa-free score of 140.
Ranking last is Afghanistan with a Visa-free score of 23.
