SIA is the most attractive company to work for in Singapore

Danaher Corporation and Changi Airport Group are the next in line.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) is the most attractive employer, the sixth time to win over employees and job hunters, Randstad’s 2023 study showed.

Following SIA, Danaher Corp. and Changi Airport Group were also popular with job seekers and employees.

Pratt & Whitney and Edwards Lifesciences were fourth and fifth, respectively. Next are Procter & Gamble, Dyson, DBS, and ExxonMobil.

Compared to 2022, Danaher Corporation improved the most in attractiveness score, posting 13.05 points in a year.

Two other companies that have documented more than a 10-point gain in a year are Changi Airport Group and ExxonMobil, increasing their grades by 10.84 and 10.86 respectively.

Both Danaher Corporation and ExxonMobil are the new companies that entered in this year’s top 10 most attractive companies to work for in Singapore.

The study used 2,753 locally-based respondents in an independent survey commissioned by Randstad Singapore.
