SGTech unveils GenAI guide for businesses

The guide is an initiative to respond to Singapore's National AI Strategy 2.0.

SGTech launched a dedicated resource aimed to drive digital transformation for businesses called Generative AI for the Tech Workforce.

Through this, businesses such as SMEs will be able to leverage the use of Gen AI solutions and learn how to train their employees to adapt to such transformation.

The guide also aims to help businesses improve business effectiveness and introduce new products and services.

The initiative is a response to Singapore’s National AI Strategy 2.0. It was developed by SGTech in collaboration with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and AI Singapore (AISG).

The guide comprises 3 use cases incorporating GenAI in business solutioning including a tech talent profile, a spectrum of GenAI skills required for employees, and resources to support business owners adopting GenAI for businesses and their employees.

This publication serves as a guide, directing professionals and enterprises toward a future where skills development seamlessly aligns with technological Innovation,” Benjamin Mah, Co-Chair of Talent Steering Committee for SGTech said.
