OCBC, Standard Chartered lead LinkedIn Top SG Company rankings

Professional network LinkedIn has ranked the top 15 companies that helped Singaporeans during the pandemic.

Banking giants OCBC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank grabbed the top two spots in LinkedIn's 2021 Top Companies ranking for Singapore.

The professional network ranked companies by how their products and services made people's lives better during the pandemic.

These top 15 companies are:

"We found the best companies that have put their employees first by implementing various policies around well-being and mental health, and helped them get back on their feet, through training and development programmes. For those who are looking for the next role, many of the companies on this list are hiring, with more than 1,700 open roles," said senior news editor for APAC at LinkedIn Chris Anderson.

Prioritising skills, supporting their workforce and making strong investments in digital capabilities were the key trends found in all the top companies.
