James Dyson's family office hiring in Singapore
This comes after decision to move Dyson headquarters to Lion City.
British billionaire James Dyson has set up a Singapore branch of his family office and is starting to employ staff members, according to a Bloomberg report.
The report said that Weybourne Group is looking to hire senior staffers for its Singapore office, based on job placements posted on Dyson’s website. The family office was established in London in 2013 and currently has 55 employees globally.
Dyson, who had earlier said that he plans to move his company’s head office to the Lion City, also recently employed 2,000 people across Southeast Asia. Back in July, the billionaire also snapped up the costliest apartment in Singapore worth $73.8m (US$54.2m).
He is currently the fifth richest man in the UK with a net worth of SG$16.4b (US$11.9b).
