Here are the top ten most attractive companies to work for in 2021

Procter & Gamble, Changi and Sea Group are among the top ten companies Singaporeans want to work for in 2021, according to Randstad.

Where do Singaporeans want to work? Human resources agency Randstad has released its Most Attractive Employers in Singapore rankings for 2021.

For the second time in a row, Procter & Gamble bagged the top spot.

The top ten are as follows:

1. Procter & Gamble
2. Changi Airport
3. Sea Group
4. Singapore Airlines
5. DBS Bank
6. Dyson
7. UBS
8. Unilever
9. IBM
10. Resorts World Sentosa

“2020 has been the most challenging year for all employers in modern history. Employers in Singapore and around the world had to ensure the well-being of their employees while managing the serious consequences of global lockdowns and an economic downturn. However, those who had successfully strengthened their support for their employees would emerge stronger from the pandemic. The crisis has underscored the critical importance of a powerful employer brand to an organisation’s business growth and talent pipeline,” said Managing Director of Randstad Singapore and Malaysia Jaya Dass said.

The 2021 Randstad Employer Brand Research examines job seekers’ and workers' perceptions of employer brands. It offers an accurate understanding of employee value proposition factors and drivers. This edition is unique as it marks the only global independent research that captures the changes in workforce sentiments since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, 3,003 locally-based employees and job seekers were surveyed in January.
