HR directors who have experience in China and India can earn up to $400,061.
Five in-demand jobs have risen in the human resources (HR) field as industries increasingly seek HR personnel across industries, according to report by Randstad Singapore.
“Those who have experience in developing innovative and successful talent management initiatives will be highly sought-after, as companies need to ensure that their offers match the expectations of a modern HR professional,” the company said.
According to the firm, compensation and benefits managers can earn $104,779 to $188,926, whilst directors can earn $187,464 to $283,396. “Experienced C&B professionals who can design and enhance current benefits and sales compensation programmes to attract and retain talent will be highly sought-after, as more companies have adopted a two-pronged approach (offline and online) towards sales and customer engagement,” it added.
HR business partners in the junior level can earn $56,595 to $83,720 for developing the company’s HR strategy and playing an active role in business partnering, whilst those in the senior level can earn $182,464 to $234,827 for strategic planning and driving board agenda.
HR managers can earn $83,061 to $125,960 whilst directors, especially those with experience in change management to expand in high-growth markets like China and India, can earn $180,187 to $400,061.
Companies prefer HR project firms from consultancy firms and can pay $124,546 to $181,677. They also seek organisational development/change directors, who could earn between $184,364 and $278,561, to continue digital transformation plans.
Meanwhile, recruiters who have stakeholder management skills can earn $52,786 to $104,346, whilst talent acquisition managers can earn $96,568 to $159,136.
