Chart of the Day: Online HR hiring in Singapore up 10% in March
This reversed two consecutive months of decline.
Online hiring for HR and administration roles in Singapore broke two straight months of decline after picking up 10% in March, according to a report from Monster. Recruitment activity for the sector fell 2% in January and February, falling lower than Q4 2018 figures.
"This could be because the republic is seeking professionals who are digitally savvy and possess data-driven skillsets, and who are often in short supply14 coupled with the fact that hiring is often slow before and after holiday periods," the firm said in a report.
