Chart of the Day: Hiring pace in services sector drop 7 percentage points

According to MoM, with a Net Employment Outlook of +9%, employers anticipate some increase in staffing levels during 3Q 2013, despite a sharp quarter-over-quarter Outlook decline of 30 percentage points.
Year-over-year, hiring prospects weaken by 7 percentage points.
Based on unadjusted survey data, employers report respectable hiring intentions for the coming quarter.
However, the Outlook declines steeply quarter-overquarter and is also moderately weaker year-over-year.
