Changi Airport loses to Google as the most attractive firm for jobseekers
ExxonMobil came in third.
If you ask jobseekers in Singapore where they would want to work in, most of them may answer Google.
That's the case, at least in the latest Randstad Employer Brand Research. According to the study, Google’s strong reputation for innovation held a significant appeal to job seekers.
Google topped all 9 EVP drivers of the study, which were used to measure the company's attractiveness.
Following Google is Changi Airport Group. This was the fourth consecutive year Changi Airport Group was ranked in the top 3, after its memorable win as Singapore’s most attractive employer last year. ExxonMobil grabbed the third spot.
Randstad Singapore Country Director Jaya Dass noted that some of the local organisations in Singapore were ranked amongst some of the world’s biggest and most well-known brands
The study found out that in the property sector, CapitaLand is the most appealing to jobseekers. Meanwhile, DBS Bank rose as the most attractive financial company.
