Accredify launches on-site COVID-19 testing system for SG firms

The system enables employees to have test results in as fast as 60 seconds.

Accredify, on Wednesday, launched Accredify START which will provide companies with COVID-19 testing and health verification system for safe reopening amidst the pandemic.

START will provide firms easy accessibility to employee COVID-19 testing services that do not require extensive supervision such as COVID-19 self-test kits and rapid breath tests.

This is in collaboration with Accredify’s partners such as Beep who will provide firms vending machines and upgrade them to dispense COVID-19 test kits. It also partners with Breathonix which installs on-site breathalyser COVID-19 test machines which produces results within 60 seconds.

“With Accredify’s extensive ecosystem of partners comprising of authorised COVID-19 test kit distribution partners and laboratories, START hopes to provide employees and organisations with the reassurance they need when they return to the office or attend high foot-fall events,” Quah Zheng Wei, Co-founder and CEO of Accredify said.

The firms will also have access to RT-PCR tests through around 900 clinics and laboratories within its network. 

START will also provide firms with web applications for employees to submit test results for the management to monitor them through the Employee and Corporate START Portals.

The Singapore government has recently called for businesses to include COVID-19 self-tests in their work processes.
