STB appoints Raffles Hotel Director to its board

The Singapore Tourism Board has announced the appointment of Mrs Diana Ee-Tan and Mr Vinodh Coomaraswarmy to its board.

Mrs Ee-Tan is director of Raffles Hotel 1886, and has a career spanning more than 20 years in the tourism and travel industry. She is a Board Member of the Singapore Hotel Association and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Governors and the Advisory Council of the School of Hospitality, Republic Polytechnic.

Mr Coomaraswarmy is Senior Counsel and a litigation partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP. He holds law degrees from Nottingham University and Oxford University and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Governors, Singapore International Foundation.

The STB has also announced the stepping down of 3 of its members, Scott Blume, Former Chief Executive Officer of ZUJI Pte Ltd, Chong Siak Ching – President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascendas Pte Ltd and Mr Philip Antony Jeyaratnam, Partner at Rodyk & Davidson LLP.
