Oriental Group appoints Sun Lv as Chief Operating Officer

He will be tasked to promote, develop and extend the business of the Company, its subsdiaries and associated companies.

The Board of Oriental Group announced the appointment of Sun Lv as Chief Operating Officer. The Nominating Committee has recommended the appointment of Mr Sun as the COO of the Company and the Board has approved his appointment based on the strength of his calibre and experience. 

Mr Sun, 33, will be responsible for the promotion, development and extension of the business of the Company, its subsdiaries and associated companies (together the "Group") and the management of the Company's operations and the supervision of the management of other Group companies.

Mr Sun was Chief Executive Officer of Jiangyin Chengsheng Enginering Co., Ltd from 2011 until the appointment. Before this he was Trading Manager of Jiangyin Jincheng Steel Co., Ltd. 2002 to 2011.
