Singapore travellers to the US can now avoid long immigration lines
We’re the sixth nation to join the Global Entry Program.
The US Department of Commerce reported that visitors to the US from Singapore rose 24% from 2006.
The program allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers to the U.S. The agreement took more than two years to be concluded, according to Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection R. Gil Kerlikowske.
