1 in 2 business travellers dissatisfied with local hotel perks: survey
Majority want more perks.
Half of business travellers to Singapore are dissatisfied with local hotel perks, a survey by booking agency Hotels.tv showed.
According to the survey, 81% of travellers wished that room fees would cover perks such as as breakfast, upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, mini bar and more.
Another 35% would be happier if they were granted room upgrades while 38% wished that local hotel rooms were cheaper.
"This clearly shows that hotels still have a long way in their service and offerings,” said the report.
