Yoma Strategic Holdings (Yoma) incorporated two tourism-related companies as part of its overall restructuring.
According to an announcement, the first business Riverside Bagan Limited was incorporated in Myanmar for US$25,000 to facilitate the future development of BL Land.
MM (BL) Pte Ltd holds a 99.9% interest, whilst MM Myanmar Pte Ltd holds 0.1%.
The second business Hpa An Traditional Lodge Limited was also incorporated in Myanmar for US$25,000 for future operations of the Hpa-An Lodge.
MM (HAL) Pte Ltd holds a 99.9% interest, whilst MM Myanmar Pte Ltd holds 0.1%.
