
Raffles Hotel Singapore appoints Laurent Branover as hotel manager
Mr Branover will be overall responsible for all the Hotel's operating departments.
According to Raffles Hotel Singapore, Mr Branover joins Raffles Hotel as a member of the Executive Committee team and he will be responsible for the operating departments including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and other minor operating departments.
Prior to this appointment, Mr Branover was the Resident Manager for Hotel Métropole, Monte Carlo, Monaco, which was named “Best Hotel in the World 2010”, the highest accolade awarded by Leading Hotels of the World. His other work experiences included helming the Food and Beverage team at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore and at Sofitel Wentworth Sydney, Australia. He has also worked with several other deluxe 5-star properties in China and Europe.
His tenure at these hotels saw the properties and restaurants garnering numerous awards and accolades in Conde Nast Traveller’s Gold List, Conde Nast Traveler Top 100 Hotels list, Travel + Leisure and Business Traveller amongst other key hospitality publications.
