Pacific Healthcare Holdings names Wu Chin Loong as Director

Mr Wu's appointment coincides resignation of Chee Hong Leong from the same post.

The Board of Pacific Healthcare announced the appointment of Wu Chin Loong as Director. Al-Faiz Fund I Limited nominated Mr Wu as the Director of the Company in place of resigning Director, Chee Hong Leong, who resigned due to time constraints as a result of other work commitments. The Nominating Committee recommended the appointment of Wu Chin Loong as Director and the Board approved the appointment.

Mr Wu, 41, is also a Director of Proventeus Capital Sdn Bhd. KFH Private Equity in the past he was Investment manager from 2006 to 2011 and Investment manager of Navis Capital Partners from 2002 to 2006, according to a Pacific Healthcare Holdings report.

Mr Chee, 48, was appointed to the post 14 November 2011.

Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
