Yeo Su-Lynn and Goh Kok Liang has been appointed to the post.

The Board of Pacific Healthcare Holdings announced the appointment of Yeo Su-Lynn and Goh Kok Liang as Directors

The Nominating Committee has recommended the appointment of Yeo Su-Lynn and Goh Kok Liang as Independent Directors of the Company and majority of the Board of Directors has approved the appointment based on her qualifications and working experience.

Ms Yeo was National Sales Manager, Singapore Synthes Singapore Pte Ltd from Aug 09 to Jul 12. Prior to this she was Chief Auditor, Asia Pacific - Managing Director (Feb 03 - Jun 08); Deputy Chief Auditor, Asia Pacific - Director (Mar 02 - Feb 03); and Head of Wholesale International Banking Audit, Asia Pacific - Director (Mar 00 - Feb 03) of ING (Hong Kong) (Jan 98 - Jun 08), according to a Pacific Healthcare Holdings report.

Mr Goh was General Manager, Business Development Hin Leong Trading (Pte) Ltd from 2009 to present. Prior to this , he was Senior Executive of CapitaLand Group from 2004 to 2009 and Senior Executive of Singapore Land Authority from 2002 to 2004.
