Medtecs International appoints Edwin Tay Cheok as Director

The company needs Mr Tay's expertise in research in equities and market issues

The Board of Medtecs International announced the appointment of Edwin Tay Cheok as Director. The Board and Nominating Committee felt that that Edwin’s experience would benefit the Company in investor relations, corporate governance, insights on equities market issues, according to a Medtecs International report.

Mr Tay, 51, has more than 16 years experience in research, dealing and marketing of equities, financial futures and foreign exchange (including 12 years in supervisory positions). He also has 10 years experience in investor and public relation. He possesses detailed knowledge of financial data analysis and a wide network of contact in the financial community and the media. Mr Edwin Tay has a Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
