Felix Huang Keming quits as Singapore Medical Group executive chairman
He resigned following the close of the Voluntary conditional cash offer.
Singapore Medical Group announced the resignation of Felix Huang Keming as executive chairman.
During his incumbency, Mr Huang, 60, charted the corporate direction and business strategies, policy planning and overall management of the Group.
He was appointed to the post 22 June 2009, according to a Singapore Medical Group report.
