Cordlife Group appoints Wong Christine Bei, Michael Steven Weiss, and Wang Yi as non-independent non-executive directors

The appointments resulted from resignations.

Miss Wong, 38, is director from September 2016 to present and was senior investment director from November 2015 to September 2016 for Kunlum Investment Holding. She was managing director for CBW Consulting Company from January 2006 to October 2015.

Mr. Weiss, 48, was partner and managing director at Sailing Capital from April 2013 to February 2016. He was managing director and head of China M&A for Morgan Stanley, HK from October 2010 to April 2013. He was also director and head of China Cross Border Business and co-head of Non-Japan Asia Consumer, Retail and Healthcare for Credit Suisse, HK from May 2008 to September 2010. He was director and head of Non-Japan Asia Consumer, Retail and Healthcare for Citigroup Global Markets in New York from July 1998 to December 2005 and HK from January 2006 to April 2008.

Miss Wang, 33, is director at Sanpower Group Corporation since July 2015. She was strategy and marketing manager at Johnson & Johnson from March 2008 to July 2013 and finance specialist at HP China from September 2005 to February 2008.
