CEFC International names Ju Jia as Chief Financial Officer

Ling Chi was also appointed as Independent Director.

The Board of CEFC International announced the appointment of Ju Jia as Chief Financial Officer.

Ms Ju Jia, 41, will oversee areas of responsibility are accounting, financial planning and management, corporate finance and investments, taxation, and overall management of the finance functions of the Group.

She was Chief Financial Officer of JCH Home Furnituring from 2008 to 2011, Financial Controller of Financial Payment Systems from 2005 to 2008, Finance Manager of Nova Technology (Singapore) from 1999 to 2005.

Meanwhile, aside from being appointed as Independent Director, Ling Chi, 72, will also be Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating Committee, according to a CEFC International report.

In Ling Chi is currently Film Director of China News Services (CNS) & Beijing Film Studio.
