Singapore Business Review rolls out its inaugural search for the most influential people in Health and Fitness aged 40 and under.

The list aims to recognise individuals making the biggest impact in revolutionising the way people think about health, fitness, and well-being.

The major criteria in determining the young achievers in this field are:

1. Social reach
2. Research contribution
3. Professional certifications and degree attainments
4. Trends they have set
5. Products they created
6. Media coverage
