VS Investment Holdings signs lease agreement with Cove Sports & Reconstruction

The property will be used to operate Cove Orthopaedic Clinic.

VS Investment Holdings has signed a lease agreement with Cove Sports & Reconstruction Pte. Ltd., a Livingstone Health Holdings Limited subsidiary, for a space at Unit #14-13, Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre.

Under the agreement, Cove Sports & Reconstruction will lease 552 square feet for $20,320 per month, from 7 October 2024 to 31 October 2026. The terms also include a $40,640 security deposit and a $600 monthly maintenance fee.

The property will be used to operate Cove Orthopaedic Clinic.
