STGT pushes Vietnam presence with new office

Its expansion will oversee the distribution of the group’s products in Vietnam.

SGX-listed SriTrang Gloves announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sri Trang Gloves Vietnam Company Ltd, established an office in Vietnam as part of its plans for regional expansion.

The expansion will be in charge of the sale and distribution of STGT’s rubber gloves in Vietnam. 

“The establishment of our Vietnam office is in line with our strategy to set up specialised bases to conduct our respective marketing and distribution functions across our geographic network. Being on the ground and closer to our customers in the country will also allow us to be more flexible and responsive to their needs, which should translate into increased sales activity,” said Jarinya Jirojkul, CEO, STGT.

Earlier, the group had also established its Singapore office in August 2021 with the objective of overseeing the distribution of latex gloves to the international market. The Vietnam office is STGT’s latest addition to the offices, aside from Thailand, the USA, China, and Singapore.
