Four healthtech startups to join BlueChilli accelerator programme

The startups target issues in mental health, chronic disease, and preventive care.

Australian accelerator BlueChilli, which launched in Singapore in May, unveiled the four healthtech startups that will join its accelerator programme, according to a statement.

Safe Space, Advanx Health, Xenomites and Reemedy will all receive support from Blue Chilli’s venture studio in advancing products, scaling customer base, securing investments, and expanding teams.

Two of the startups – Safe Space and Reemedy are looking to leverage technology to provide better health care services. Safe Space is developing a mobile-first solution that will offer affordable online and offline counselling therapy, whilst Reemedy plans to put a B2B marketplace that will provide real-time pricing and transparent access to medical supplies.

Xenomites will offer a medical product targeting dust mite colonies, whilst Advanx Health aims to revolutionise personal healthcare through genomics.

Founders will gain access to BlueChilli’s network of programme partners and industry advisors across healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, science and research institutions, investors, and consulting firms from Singapore and Australia.

The programme will culminate in January 2020.
