These are the hottest F&B and hospitality trends you need to know about right now

These are just some of the pressing issues that will be discussed at Singapore Business Review's upcoming Industry Insights Series for the Hotel and Hospitality and Food and Beverage sectors.

The event will focus on understanding the implication of current trends in the market, and on sharing the very latest thinking on how businesses can respond creatively through innovation. It will cover the latest case studies and best practices on the changes which are shaping the future of the industry.

The SBR Industry Insights Series 2015 will be held on November 17-18 in Singapore. It will engage all the stakeholders along the value chain, and look for the right solutions as General Managers, Regional Managers, Presidents and VPs, CEOs and CFOs discuss their concerns, challenges, priorities and best practices with industry peers and customers.

The Hotel and Hospitality session will be held on November 17 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Sheraton Towers Singapore. Speakers include Marc Dardenne, Chief Executive Officer, Patina Hotels & Resorts; Robert Lagerway, Regional Vice President - Operations, Capella Hotels Group Asia; Tasos Kousloglou, Executive Vice President - Asset Management, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group; Vernon Lee, General Manager, Capri by Fraser; and Priyanka Gargav, ‎Sr. Regional Manager - Hotel Chains, TripAdvisor, among others.

Meanwhile, the Food and Beverage session will be held on November 18 from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM at 39 Scotts Road Singapore. Speakers include Justin Lam, Chief Operating Officer, The Coffee Academics; Steen Puggard, Chief Executive Officer, Four Fingers Crispy Chicken; Claire Ariela Shen, Managing Director, Cooking Art Industries; and Emma Heap, Managing Director, foodpanda Singapore, among others.
