Select Group incorporates Stylze Catering and Sheng Kee Restaurant

The total issued and paid-up share capital of the subsidiaries is S$1 each.

The Board of Directors of Select Group Limited announced that the company has incorporated the two wholly owned subsidiaries in Singapore.

The principal activities of Stylze Catering are food catering, operating food courts, coffee shops, and eating houses. Meanwhile the principal activities of Sheng Kee Restaurant are operating cafes, coffee houses, snack bars, and restaurants.

The working capital for these new subsidiaries will be funded by internal resources and is not expected to have any significant effect on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of Select Group and its subsidiaries for the current financial year.
