Deliveroo Singapore launches monthly subscription service for $10.90

This follows trials in the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.

Deliveroo launched its new subscription service Deliveroo Plus, priced at $10.90 a month, which enables customers to get unlimited free delivery and discounts every month.

According to an announcement, customers in Singapore will see the option to sign up to the Deliveroo Plus service on the app and website.

Deliveroo Plus’ rollout in Singapore comes off the back of success in other markets, where trials in the UK saw 50% of customers saving £25 ($45) in the first two months, and one in 10 customers saved over £75 ($135), Deliveroo said.

It added, “10% of the customer based in these countries now subscribe to Deliveroo via Plus, and the company expects this to grow rapidly since it has only just been introduced. The subscription service is now live in the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.

Subscribers will also have access to exclusive monthly promotions from some restaurants, which will roll out gradually over the next few weeks. To kickstart promotions, Deliveroo offers the first month for free to customers that sign up by November 2018.
