Raffles Hotel's Bar & Billiard Room Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brunch now available on Saturdays
Starting on 5 May 2012, the Brunch will no longer be just a Sunday event.
The Brunch features Maine Lobsters, freshly shucked Belón or Finé de Clairé oysters, live foie gras station, Australian Grain-Fed Prime Rib, Welsh Rack of Lamb, and vintages from Champagne Billecart-Salmon.
