National Day Local Delights

From 1 to 31 August 2012, in honour of Singapore’s heritage, guests can enjoy three specially created local delights at S$4.70++ each at Suite 23. The Singapore Rojak (usual S$10.00++) is a traditional refreshing fresh fruits and vegetable salad appetiser that is made up of pineapple, cucumber, sweet turnip, bean sprouts, rose apple, deep-fried soybean cakes, fried Chinese dough fritters, served with prawn paste sauce and topped with chopped peanuts. After a tangy appetiser, indulge in another perennial local favourite, the hearty Char Kway Teow (usual S$16.00++), a stir-fried flat rice noodles dish packed with prawns, Chinese sausage, fish cake and bean sprouts.

For the durian lovers, end your meal with the fragrant Banana Pengat with Durian Mousse. The rich flavour and smooth texture of this unique combination will have you coming back for more. Available daily from 12:00pm to 10:30pm at Suite 23.
