Christmas spirit gears up at Gourmet Carousel, Royal Plaza on Scotts

In a release, Gourmet Carousel kicks off the “Season of Giving” with an array  of festive goodies. Thoughtfully conceived by the culinary wizards at Royal Plaza on Scotts, this sumptuous collection is a cross between the best of modern and traditional culinary arts. The team presents sweet and savoury delights for all to enjoy.

Include classic seasonal treats from around the world such as traditional roasted Christmas turkey, gourmet cold cuts, homemade Italian panettone as well as homemade German Dresden stollen for a jolly celebration. Go contemporary with Turkey Mole Poblano, a modern interpretation of roasted turkey, that is glazed with Mole dark chocolate and marinated with herbs and spices.

Dress up the dining table with their festive logcakes, each hiding a pleasing centre layered with creamy mousse in a variety of flavours. The highlight of the season, Snowy Lychee Tiramisu, a heavenly concoction of lychee-flavoured tiramisu mousse with almond sponge and lychee fruit, will also make the perfect gift to bring festive cheer to loved ones.
