Check out Caffe B's fresh spin on Italian cusine

Following the success of its inaugural “i sentieri” menu launched in August last year, fine dining Italian establishment Caffé B is unveiling an update of its signature Kaiseki-inspired degustation menu.

Similarly founded on serving fresh, innovative and artfully-prepared cuisine, the new “i sentieri” menu will be available at the restaurant exclusively during daily dinner service until end August.

Moreover, diners who select the wine pairing option offered will be gifted with a 375ml bottle of il Pollenza Popora, so as to further enjoy the Caffé B experience within the comforts of home.

Some of the must-haves include Zucchini & “Sekai-ichi” Apple Tempura in a “Nori” Cone with a springy, Wakame Sesame Salad, Buffalo Mozzarella accompanied by a varied assortment of toppings – crisp Parma Ham and creamy Pesto Espuma. 

Caffé B’s new “i sentieri” menu is priced at $160, or $225 with a wine pairing that includes a 375ml bottle of il Pollenza Popora wine, a label exclusive to Caffé B.
