Celebrate Father’s Day at Carlton Hotel Singapore and get a free mug of beer for dad

One child for every one paying adult gets to dine for free at the Father’s Day Weekend High Tea Buffet at Café Mosaic.

The buffet features an assortment of appetisers such as fresh Sashimi and assorted Sushi, dim sum items like Siew Mai, Chee Cheong Fan, Putu Mayam, bite-size items including Scones and Sandwiches, a Congee station, roasted specialties like Roasted Pork Belly, and main dishes such as Pan-fried Salmon Fillet with Crispy Ginger Soya.

An array of desserts including three types of Carlton’s signature Durian Pastries are also available and may be enjoyed with a glass of chilled juice or a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea.

While the adults indulge in a leisurely afternoon high tea and get hands on at the DIY Kueh Pie Tee station, kids will be kept busy with a line-up of activities, including the shaping of cookies, as well as other activities such as storytelling, interactive magic show, and face painting.

Every dad will get a complimentary mug of house pour beer, and each family will also be presented with a 250grams homemade cake to bring home. A family photo will be taken as well on the spot to commemorate the occasion.
