Indulge in a gastronomic feast at the Mother’s Day Weekend High Tea Buffet at Café Mosaic, which features an assortment of tantalising appetisers and seafood on ice such as fresh Oysters and Sashimi, dim sum items like Siew Mai, Chee Chong Fan, Putu Mayam, delicate bite size items like Scones, Croissants and Sandwiches, mouthwatering roasted specialties like Roasted Beef Strip Loin, delectable mains such as Braised Duck with Sea Cucumber, Curry Chicken and Salted Egg Pork Ribs, as well as many other International delights.
