Caffé B offers Italian Christmas menu

According to a company release, fan artfully sumptuous dinner at Caffé B will be available this 24 and 25 December, between 6pm and 11pm on either day.

Amidst the Yuletide hustle and bustle, celebrate the season of giving by lavishing your loved ones with an intimate evening of exquisite Christmas feasting within the plush luxury of the nouveau Italian fine dining restaurant.

Ease into the tantalising array of dishes with an Amuse Bouche of Vol Au Vent with Porcini Cream & Paprika, which pairs an airy, flaky puff pastry with a delightfully buttery mushroom sauce and welcome hint of spice. Then sample the intriguing aperitif of Watermelon and Shrimp Cocktail with Vodka & Pink Cream, ingeniously concocted to whet appetites in the most refreshing manner.

Thrill your tastebuds thereafter with an aromatic appetizer of Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese Cloud with Basil, which showcases cream-filled mozzarella cheese specially flown in from Italy.

This is accompanied by a beautifully textural Asparagus, Potatoes and Truffle Cappuccino, served alongside Cone filled with Fried Artichoke and Saffron Sauce. Two delectable main courses follow, enabling diners to enjoy both meat and seafood-based dishes at their leisure and as per their preference.

For the first main course, diners are invited to choose between the delicate crunch of the Fresh Homemade Tagliatelle with Venison Ragú sprinkled with Roasted Walnuts and Shaved Parmesan or the silken richness of the Black Ink Tonnarelli in Fresh Roman Tomato Sauce with Squid Ratatouille, topped with Sea Urchin.

Dining merriment continues well into the second main course, with an option of either Salmon Filet or succulent Juicy Beef Tenderloin Medallions.

Conclude the evening’s culinary excitement on a sweet note by tucking into a dessert of Apple Strudel served with Air Chocolate and Sweet Irish Coffee Chantilly. Satisfyingly decadent, it’s the perfect treat to enjoy while ringing in the festive season with treasured company.
