Café Mosaic unveils Valentine's Day international buffet promo

Plus a 15% discount for early reservations.

According to a release, Café Mosaic offers its Valentine's promo featuring an assortment of seafood on the rocks such as freshly shucked Oysters, Sashimi, Black Mussels and Tiger Prawns, roasted specialties at the carving station such as Slow-roasted O.P. Beef with Ruby Shallot & Red Wine Reduction as well as mains like Honey Marmite Fish Fillet with Scallion & Ginger, Glazed Chicken with Cilantro & Lime Butter Sauce among others.

Desserts like Chocolate Opera Cake, Caramel Custard and an assortment of French Pastries will also be available.

Valentine’s Day Dinner Package at Café Mosaic is worth $148, available on 14 February from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

Package is inclusive of international buffet dinner for two, two flutes of sparkling wine, a stalk of rose, a box of four cupcakes and a printout of photo.

A 15% early bird discount is available for confirmations and deposits made before 6 February.
