Might as well say, what the :pluck?

Ann Siang Hill and Club Street welcome a new 45-seat dining enclave.

From the folks which brought Gem Bar, Manor Cocktail Room and Zui Hong Lou comes another new quirky restaurant called :pluck. This 45-seat restaurant features an open kitchen concept beset by subway tiles and an industrial chic decor.

The restaurant which was launched on May 12 by The Establishment Group has Brandon Teo as the co-owner. The founders wanted a social dining enclave that is inclusive and welcoming while offering amazing dishes and drinks.The group's main mantra is "to make people happy."

Located at Ann Siang Hill and Club Street, the restaurant’s dishes come in small, medium and sharing portions, all inspired by co-founder and head chef Brandon's travels to culinary-rich cities like Barcelona and San Francisco. Even the desserts by Elaine Ng are inspired by her experiences working for Daniel Boulud eponymous Michelin 3-star restaurant in New York City.

According to spokesperson, :pluck changes its menu fortnightly and the group's stable of outlets appeal is always by word-of-mouth from their satisfied patrons.
