WBL appoints Kyle Lee Khai Fatt as Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr Kyle Lee Khai Fatt will take over immediately.

In an SGX release, WBL Corporation Limited wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Kyle Lee Khai Fatt as Chairman of the Audit Committee (“AC”) with immediate effect.

Mr Lee succeeds Mr Yeap Lam Yang who was the Chairman of the AC until his resignation from the Board of Directors of Wearnes today.

Mr Lee, an independent Director of Wearnes, has been a member of the AC since 16 July 2012 when he joined the Board of Directors of Wearnes.

Following this appointment, the composition of the Audit Committee will be as follows: 

Mr Kyle Lee Khai Fatt, Chairman - Independent Director
Mr Norman Ip Ka Cheung, Member - Independent Director; Chairman of Wearnes Board
Mr Fong Kwok Jen, Member - Independent Director
Mr Benjamin C. Duster, IV, Member - Non-independent Director
