Transpac Industrial Holdings names Daniel Budiman as Director

He is a Founding Partner of Mahanusa Capital, an investment company based in Jakarta.

The Board of Transpac Industiral Holdings announced the appointment of Daniel Budiman as Director.

Mr Budiman, 45, is a Founding Partner of Mahanusa Capital, an investment company based in Jakarta. Mahanusa owns and operates companies in the agribusiness, consumer goods, consumer finance, specialty chemicals and property sectors mainly in Indonesia. His experience as an M&A banker for Merrill Lynch and J P Morgan would be useful in promoting the Company’s business. Prior to that, Mr Budiman was in brand management with Procter & Gamble, based in the US and Indonesia. As Mr Budiman also meets the criteria of an independent director, the NC recommended to the Board to appoint Mr Daniel Budiman as an independent director of the Company, according to a Transpac Industrial Holdings report.
