Perennial China Retail Trust appoints Foo Jong Sin as CFO

He will oversee risk management strategies of PCRT.

According to an SGX release, the audit and risk committee of Perennial China Retail Trust Management Pte. Ltd. announced that Mr. Foo Jong Sin is suitable to perform his role as the Chief Financial Officer of the Trustee-Manager.

After making all reasonable enquiries, and to the best of their knowledge and belief, nothing has come to the attention of the Audit and Risk Committee to cause them to believe that Mr. Foo does not have the competence, character and integrity expected of a Chief Financial Officer of the Trustee-Manager of a listed business trust.

Based on the Audit and Risk Committee's recommendation, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Foo as Chief Financial Officer of the Trustee-Manager.

The appointment is an executive appointment. Mr. Foo will be assisting the Chief Executive Officer in overseeing the financial, accounting, capital management and risk management strategies of PCRT.
