Asiasons WFG Financial names Vincent Lee Chung Ngee as Group Financial Controller

He is a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

The Board of Asiasons WFG Financial approved the appointment of Mr Vincent Lee Chung Ngee as the Group Financial Controller of the Company, upon recommendation of the Nominating Committee for appointment after reviewing his qualifications and work experiences.

Mr Lee, 39, will be responsible for overseeing the Company and Group’s accounting and finance (including budgeting, treasury and capital management), taxation, human resource and information technology functions.

In the last 10 years, Vincent worked primarily as an auditor and has accumulated considerable work experience during his tenure as an audit manager, a senior audit manager and an audit director in several large international public accounting firms in Singapore as well as an internal audit director in the global wealth management and asset management division of a Swiss bank (Singapore branch). He has more than 16 years of work experience, with six years spent mainly auditing banks and other financial institutions, according to an Asiasons WFG Financial report.

He is a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
